These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of Ezanım Studio ("the App", "the Tool", "we", "us", or "our"), an internal content management tool developed and operated by the team behind the Ezanım (SalahNow) mobile application.

1. About Ezanım Studio

Ezanım Studio is a private, internal server-side tool designed to automate the creation and publishing of Islamic educational video content to social media platforms. Ezanım Studio is not available for public use, download, or registration. It is operated exclusively by authorized members of the Ezanım team.

2. Intended Use

Ezanım Studio is used solely for the following purposes:

• Creating Islamic educational video content (Quran recitations, hadith, and Islamic knowledge)
• Publishing content to TikTok and Instagram accounts owned by the Ezanım brand
• Managing content scheduling, approval workflows, and publishing logistics

The tool does not interact with or provide services to any third-party users.

3. Intellectual Property

All content generated by Ezanım Studio, including but not limited to video compositions, animations, captions, and branding elements, is the intellectual property of the Ezanım brand. The tool utilizes the following licensed or open resources:

• Royalty-free stock footage from Pexels (used under the Pexels License)
• Quran recitation audio from AlQuran Cloud API (used for educational purposes)
• Nasheed audio from licensed or royalty-free sources

4. Platform Compliance

Ezanım Studio operates in compliance with the terms of service and developer policies of all integrated platforms, including:

• TikTok — TikTok Developer Terms of Service and Content Posting API guidelines
• Instagram / Meta — Instagram Platform Policy and Graph API Terms of Use
• Telegram — Telegram Bot API Terms of Service

5. Content Standards

All content published by Ezanım Studio adheres to the following standards:

• Content is exclusively Islamic educational material (Quran verses, hadith, duas, and religious knowledge)
• Content does not promote violence, hatred, discrimination, or any harmful behavior
• Content respects the community guidelines of all platforms where it is published
• All content goes through a human approval workflow before publishing

6. No Third-Party Access

Ezanım Studio does not provide any services to third parties. There are no user accounts, subscriptions, or access provisions for external individuals or organizations. The tool is operated on a private server with restricted access.

7. Limitation of Liability

Ezanım Studio is provided "as is" for internal use. Since the tool does not serve external users, there are no warranties or guarantees extended to third parties. The Ezanım team is not liable for any issues arising from the viewing of content published by this tool on social media platforms.

8. Data Handling

Ezanım Studio does not collect, process, or store any personal data from individuals. For detailed information about our data practices, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.

10. Governing Law
